o From the moment that my wife and I drove up the drive to The
Pleasanton we knew that we were in for a wonderful weekend. Walking into the
entry was like walking into the pages a a fabulous feature in Architectual
Digest. Two of the couples that shared the weekend with us made the same
comment. The third couple was equally impressed. Though all areas of the home
are great places to hang out, it was the indoor professional kitchen and the
attached outdoor one was the place that we four couples tended to gravitate to.
That is if we were not in the home theater with its extensive library of
movies. We had a weekend that was beyond our wildest expectations.

o This beautiful home was the sight of a recent reunion with some
very dear friends. We could not have picked a better location, out of the wind
and very calming. The kitchen is magnificent and we had everything that we
needed. A truly magical place that should not be missed.

o I wanted something very special for my daughter's surprise 16th
birthday party. I rented this home for 1 night and needless to say nobody
wanted to leave the next day. This home was above and beyond what I had
expected. It was the perfect house! What a spectacular place for a party!! The
theater room was incredible, and yes we actually felt the rumble of the floor
beneath us with the sounds of the movie. Beds were very comfortable. Kids not
only loved the theater room but also the recreation room downstairs with the
pool table and big screen T.V. The flow of the dining room, kitchen, and
outdoor kitchen is fabulous for entertaining, and great for accommodating large
crowds. We all had a magical stay at the Pleasanton. I highly recommend this

o We have stayed in over 50 VRBO homes and this was the best one
by far!! We have never seen such a well equipped kitchen and the beds were
luxurious. We felt like we were in our own little world and we loved every
minute of it.We loved the solitude so much that we
didn't even use the incredible theatre room. (maybe next time) Our dog was
welcomed and that made our trip complete. Thanks Brett, we will definitely be
back.

o Our stay in this beautiful home was 7 days. The children were
visiting from Chicago and we wanted something special. Indeed, this is a
special place with plenty of room and privacy. No modern conveniences and
pleasures were missed when this house was built. The movie theater is
incredible with real movie theater popcorn! We spent much time there. We thank
our gracious host Brett who was very accommodating and considerate in helping
to make our stay a memorable one.

o "Our stay at the Pleasanton was an incredibly relaxing
escape from the hectic Las Vegas life style! From the gourmet kitchen to the
elegant living area and incredible home theater room, it is my dream vacation.
Overlooking the lovely lily pond with wildlife and falling asleep to the sounds
of nature, just one of the many amenities. The recreation room was fun for all
and a great place to go after a day at the beach. It was absolutely amazing and
the most relaxing time we've had, rivaling (for the money) any of the best
